The Roll over type decoring machine is the first of its kind in India.  This machine is specially designed to handle big size castings and handle its core sand breaking. The machine is fully automatic.

Once the casting enters inside the sound proof chamber, the hammering starts along with rollover of the casting. The rollover of the casting further helps in removal of the broken lumps. The rollover is held for settable time and angles to ensure hammering at critical angles. The decored sand is conveyed out through a belt conveyor. Complete process is hassle free, convenient and accurate.
